Shipping policy

All items will be shipped out during the designated shipping days of the week unless pre-orders. Any item purchased with a pre-order will not be shipped out until the pre-order is ready to be shipped as well.

As of 2/1/2026, these days are every business day.

All international shipment customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is returned to us due to any reasons, including but not limited to insufficient/incorrect address, unpaid duties, ineligible destination, the customer must contact the store within 30 business days, and pay for the order to be shipped back out to the correct destination. After 30 days, these items will be forfeited and donated to charity.
