How do I purchase products for live opening?

Purchase anything off of yunaversetcg.com, and, at checkout, make sure you choose anything but "SHIPPED SEALED" to get your products opened live! If you choose "SHIPPED SEALED," you will not be added to the live queue, and your products will be sent sealed.

What days and hours does Yuna stream?

The stream schedule is set as S/M/W/TR/F from 10pm CDT - 3am CDT.

If there are changes to this schedule, it will be announced in the Discord.

The store says Yuna's not accepting any orders for live opening, what does this mean?

Yuna's queue fills up very quickly, and she only accepts a certain number of orders depending on how long she's streaming for the night. This pop-up means that she will not take any live orders until next stream. You can still browse the store for pricing and order products shipped sealed!

I missed my live opening, what happens now?

If you fell asleep before your rip, don't worry! Yuna will never open if you're not there, unless you explicitly ask her to. You may return to the next live stream and ask to be added back to queue. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you do not show up the next stream after your order, your products will be sent to you shipped sealed

What are the different shipping options?

Hits Only: You will receive reverse holos, non holo rares, and up. Basically anything shiny, you will receive. You will NOT receive your common cards or code cards

Hits + Code Cards: Same as above, but you receive your code cards as well

Bulk: You will receive every card from your opening

SHIPPED SEALED: You will receive your products unopened, which means every card will be present

How does shipping work?

Yuna ships out every Monday and Thursday. You only have to pay for shipping once per cycle. If you purchase more than one time in a cycle, you may use the code "IPAIDSHIPPING" at checkout to avoid multiple shipping costs. Your order will be automatically shipped out in the next cycle.

If you can't find your confirmation email, then email her at yunaversetcg@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response, unless it's the weekend.
